On Duty
The Bio-Diversity Board of Uttarakhand had organised a national level photography contest on the occasion of International Bio Diversity Day. Dr. Pankaj Sharma’s photo titled ‘On Duty’ won the award in the section ‘Landscape and People of Uttarakhand’. The award function was organised in Dehradun on 22 May, 2014 (International Bio-Diversity Day). The Forest Minister of Uttarakhand Government, Mr. Dinesh Agarwal was the Chief Guest on this occasion.
