Brother Industries announced that it will produce new inkjet printers targeting office users with an output speed twice than that of its previous models by employing a newly developed processing engine. The MFC-J6970CDW and J6570CDW prints 22 pages per minute in A4 monochrome documents, or 20 colour images. The models feature a 4x larger black ink tank than previous models and facilitates simultaneous scanning of two sides of documents up to A3 size. The standard model MFC-J4910CDW features output speed of 20 ppm for monochrome and 18 ppm colour documents and continuous scanning of postcards.
