Canon India Pvt Ltd launched five new cloud enabled inkjet printers to their PIXMA line-up, the MG7170, MG6470, MG3570, MG2570 and MG2470. This range of products is directed at the tech-savvy Indian youth and can take print commands via Wi-Fi and Cloud connectivity. They have the option of Smart device connectivity. The new Access Point Mode will allow wireless printing without a wireless router. Canon has introduced new colours such as black, brown, grey-white, white and red in these devices. These printers are environmental friendly and have features like Auto Power On, which will turn on the device when it detects a print command, to save electricity. The MG3570, MG6470 and MG7170 use noiseless printing operations. The MG7170 is additionally equipped with the Intelligent Touch System to simplify user operation. The printers are also equipped with My Image Garden App, to help customers design photo layouts, collages, calendars etc. The PIXMA Cloud Link allows the user to print with great ease from various photo sharing sites, social networks, cloud storage services and personal devices via the Android OS and iOS PIXMA Printing Solutions App.
