Udayan Rao Pawar, a 14-year-old from Gwalior, India is the grand title winner of the 2013 Young Wildlife Photographer of the Year award organised by UK’s Natural History Museum and BBC Worldwide. His winning image of baby gharials riding on their mother’s back, titled ‘Mother’s little headful’ was clicked at the Chambal river in Madhya Pradesh. He captured it using a Canon EOS 550D with a 100-400mm lens.
