We enter the month of August with the Covid virus still in full swing, in parts of India. The boredom caused by the lockdown restrictions is relieved by the news that the photo majors are out, launching exciting new products. This month, we have three exciting products under review. Fujifilm’s X-T4 is perhaps their best product to date, Nikon’s new 120mm -300mm f/2.8 is mind blowing and Tamron’s new travel zoom breaks new barriers.
Starting this month we have initiated our foray into AV content, to take reader engagement to the next level. Given the proliferation of video content in the learning process, this step was inevitable. We have started off with 3 unique initiatives – 1. SP Q&A series – talks about the latest developments in the imaging industry. 2. Basics of photography video series – we talk the basics and try to demystify photography. 3. Ask Uncle Ronnie (video) – Uncle Ronnie and Sujith critique and suggest improvements on selected pictures.
