The world at large and the imaging industry gave a cautious welcome to AI. Subsequently, AI has been used by big brands to improve autofocus, metering and photo editing. It now emerges that the use of AI involves usage of considerable water and power. AI companies, as of now, are not issuing any data on usage of scarce resources.
