According to recent reports by IDC Research, Canon succeeded in dominating the inkjet printer industry again in 2012 with a 42% market share. Canon’s line of printers include single-function as well as multi- function printers. Meanwhile, Industry watchers and internet forums alike are abuzz with speculation that Canon will launch the next “big” D-SLR, the EOS 3D, sometime in late 2013. While there has been no official word yet either confirming or denying these reports, rumours persist that the upcoming camera will feature a massive 50MP image sensor, similar to the one found in the EOS 7D MK II.
