Fujifilm Co. will commence the marketing of a new instant camera—the Instax Mini 8 Plus. Instead of an LCD monitor, this camera is equipped with a mirror on the side of the lens. The camera, targeting young girls, is nearly round and is available in different colours like strawberry red and melon green. The camera is available at a price of about 9,000 yen. The company is selling instant cameras in nearly 100 countries and is also expanding its unit sales focusing on East Asian countries. Fujifilm plans to sell 4.6 million units.
