Mr. Yasunobu Nishiyama joined Fujifilm as Managing Director August 27, 2014. He is based out of Gurgaon, Head Quarters for India operations. Before joining Fujifilm India, Mr. Nishiyama was associated with Fujifilm Malaysia as Managing Director, and has more than 25 years of experience. Fujifilm also announced the appointment of Mr. S M Ramprasad, who joined the organization as Assistant Vice President on December 1, 2014. Mr. Ramprasad was previously associated with Epson India Pvt. Ltd. as General Manager – Consumer and Commercial Products Group and has more than 20 years’ experience. He oversees every aspect of Fujifilm India – Graphic Arts operations.
Fujifilm India will be focussing on the conventional graphic arts market, wide-format printing solutions for branding and communication, digital press solutions and manufacturing in India, for the coming years. Their prime focus will be providing Indian customers with technologically advanced products. The company will launch a new range of wideformat printers with UV Ink Technology, which utilises the combination of Fujifilm Dimatix and Fujifilm Sericol products and solutions.
