Kodak Alaris announced at the CES 2017 that the company will reintroduce its iconic Kodak Professional Ektachrome Colour Reversal Film for professional and enthusiastic photographers. Ektachrome will arrive in the fourth quarter of 2017 in 35mm format. Sales of professional photographic films have been steadily rising over the last few years, with professionals and enthusiasts rediscovering the artistic control offered by manual processes.
Eastman Kodak also announced the reintroduction of Kodak Ektachrome Super 8 Film to support the adoption of its recently introduced Kodak Super 8 movie camera. Eastman Kodak will produce Kodak Professional Ektachrome Colour Reversal Film which will be distributed by Kodak Alaris.
