Working with the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Arup Bhattacharjee is, in his words, “an accidental photographer”. Bitten by the travel bug, Arup started capturing the memories of his trips using a simple point and shoot camera. Living in North India provided him immense opportunities to photograph the bountiful nature and scenic landscapes. Arup has won more than 100 national and international awards along with 2500 plus exhibits. He has also been conferred with EFIAP, EPSA, GPU CROWN 3, GPU APHRODITE and FFIP distinctions.
