Plating Perfection

Rajdeep Das is a graduate with a BCom (Hons) degree from Calcutta University. He learnt photography from CSFK (Click Start From Kalighat), a group led by Joydeep Mukherjee, a nationally and internationally acclaimed photographer. Rajdeep gradually took to food photography. A major role behind his interest in this genre was played by his indomitable love for food; Another reason was the vast scope for food photographers in Kolkata, as there are very few food photographers there. For economic reasons, Rajdeep styles the food himself, which he learnt after studying a lot about using props and styling of food from each and every possible source, and a lot of trial and error.
