Wild and Free

October 9, 2019 by Andrea Rodrigues

Dr Chetan Ponkshe earned his PhD in Zoology. After teaching students at graduate and postgraduate classes for 25 years at a suburban college, Dr Ponkshe started to explore his passion for wildlife photography. He owes his love for nature to his mother who introduced and later encouraged him to get involved in this field from a very tender age. Based in Mumbai, Dr Ponkshe is an avid traveller who concentrates mostly on bird and mammal photography.
