Epson, a world leader in digital imaging and printing solutions, announced the winners of the Epson Creative Imaging Contest 2010.
This contest provided an opportunity for children across India, in the age group of 8-16, to explore their latent creative potential. The contest provided a platform for participants to explore art in various forms such as photography, painting, sketching, digital graphics; miniature models, paper craft, collages and any other form of art on paper. Contestants had to print their artwork on any Inkjet or Laser printer to be qualified for the competition.
This year the jury witnessed a noticeable change with many entries taking a fresh view that veered away from traditional methods of producing beautiful prints on photographic paper.
This year’s Grand Prize was awarded to Sanjali Desai from The JB Petit High School, Mumbai. The winner was honored with an Epson Stylus Photo TX700W All-In-One Photo Printer as well as an all expense paid trip to Japan for two, to receive her award.
