Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition (FE), the newest member of the Galaxy S20 series. The S20 FE features a rear triple camera including a 12MP Ultra Wide Camera, a 12MP Wide-angle Camera and a 8MP Telephoto Camera, along with a 32MP front Camera with tetra-binning technology. Its Night mode multi-frame processing with AI frame integration stabilises motion in-shot, while you record. It also comes with 30X Space Zoom including OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) and tracking AF. It features a premium textured haze effect with minimised fingerprints and smudges.
The S20 FE is equipped with an advanced (7nm 64-bit Octa-Core) processor, 5G connectivity and a 6.5-inch Infinity-O Super AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It also features a 4500mAH battery with Super Fast charging. The device is water and dust resistant IP68 rated.
While the S20 FE runs on Android 10, Samsung is providing three generations of Android operating system (OS) upgrades to its Galaxy users so that the devices can be updated with all the latest security protection and features by Samsung. It will be available in 6GB RAM + 128 GB, 8GB RAM + 128 GB and 8GB RAM + 256GB variants, in a selection of six colours i.e. Cloud Red, Cloud Orange, Cloud Lavender, Cloud Mint, Cloud Navy and Cloud White. The Galaxy S20 FE will be available on the Samsung official website as well as carriers and retailers online at a starting price of USD 699 from October 2, 2020.
