Toshiba and SanDisk celebrated the completion of the fifth flash memory production facility in the Yokkaichi Plant, recently.
In the most advanced facility, Toshiba began mass production of NAND type flash memory chips with cutting-edge processing technology of 24 nanometer of line width, aiming to start the production of 19-nenometer chips in mid-July. Shipment is expected to begin in August.
