The Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rachid International Photography Contest was (HIPA) conducted from March 16 to March 19, 2015 in Dubai, UAE. The grand prize of $120,000 was won by Mr. Anurag Kumar from India in the ‘Life in Colour’ category. The first prize of Rs.15, 000 in the general category was won by Mr. Harish Chavda from UK. In the ‘Face’ category, Rudori Vladimirovich from Russia won the first prize. Peng Li from China won the first prize in the ‘Night’ category.
