On December 16, 2014, Huawei announced the Honor 6 Plus Smartphone in its Honor series line-up, which features three 8 MP cameras. One serves as a front camera, and the other two are placed side-by-side on the back side of the phone. The dual back cameras allow refocussing of previously captured images. Huawei says that the look of the images can be adjusted to resemble pictures taken at apertures from f/0.95 to f/16. The Honor 6 Plus off rs a variety of eff ect filters, such as tilt-shift , sketch and comics.
The phone has a 5.5-inch 1080p LCD screen. It features Android 4.4.4 and Huawei’s EMUI 3.0, and is powered by a Kirin 925 octa-core chipset and a low-power I3 coprocessor. Th e Honor 6 Plus comes with 3GB of RAM and up to 32GB of internal storage. It has a 3600 mAh capacity battery and dual SIM capability, one of which also functions as a micro SD slot that accepts cards of up to 128GB capacity.
