Panasonic Co. presented an all-inone compact digital camera—the Lumix DMC-FZ300 —which can shoot 4K stills and movie. The camera is mounted with a 1/2.3 inch 12.1MP CMOS image sensor, 25-600mm equivalent f/2.8 Leica DC Vario-Elmarit lens, enhanced EVF and 3.0 inch vari-angle touch screen type OLED monitor. The camera is dust and water proof. New features such as Wi-Fi and RAW processing have been incorporated in the body. The 4K still has three modes. The 4K continuous is for photographing animals, flowers and children and 4K pre-burst takes a few frames before and after pressing the shutter button so as to not miss out on some crucial moments.
