Sigma to offer 24mm Art lens

Sigma has unveiled the 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM wide angle prime lens, in its ‘Art’ series of premium lenses. It will be off ered in Canon, Nikon and Sigma mounts and is designed to cover fullframe sensors. The lens features Sigma’s ‘F’ Low Dispersion and Special Low Dispersion elements, with a 9.8-inch minimum focusing distance. It comprises of 15 elements in 11 groups, with aspherical elements toward the rear end to reduce the sagittal coma flare and axial chromatic aberration.
