International Cricket Council President, Mr. Sharad Pawar and Minister of State, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Mr. Ajay Maken, launched a special edition coffee table book titled ‘Women’s Cricket World’, based on the history of women’s cricket.
Authored by former women cricketer – Ms. Anjum Chopra and women’s cricket film maker – Sunil Yash Kalra, the book relives behind-the-scenes tour of the origins of the game.The book has over 200 photographs from a collection of over 10,000 pictures of women’s cricket collected over the years by the authors.

The book has eight chapters and the introduction of the book is written by the ICC President – Mr. Sharad Pawar. ‘Women’s Cricket World’ coffee table book endorses the concept of ‘Books on Demand’ at a rise Indian publishing space.
