Please read the Terms and Conditions below before submitting your entries. These instructions apply only to Indian residents. For contestants residing outside India, please contact the respective EISA member magazines from your country or check the EISA Maestro Europe page.
Terms and Conditions
- The competition has two categories. Single: You may submit one picture based on the theme of ‘Street Life’. Series: You may submit a total of 5-8 pictures as part of a portfolio based on the theme of ‘Street Life’.
- Theme of the year is ‘Street Life‘
- Last date: MAY 31, 2025
- Email your entries to eisamaestroindia@gmail.com. All entries must be in digital format (from a digital camera or scanned film originals) and must not have won a prize in any other competition. AI-generated images and pictures older than 2022 are excluded.
- The files should be submitted as JPEGs with a maximum 800 pixels on the longest edge. Images that are selected for the finals will be required to be resubmitted at a higher resolution (3000 pixels).
- Only one entry is permitted per person.
- Entries must be accompanied by your name, postal address, e-mail and phone number.
- You may only submit your own work. The competition organisers and EISA member publications will not be responsible for copyright infringements committed by entrants.
- The organisers reserve the right to publish winning entries free of charge worldwide and in any format or medium for the purposes of promoting the competition.
- Neither EISA nor members of its Photography Expert Group will enter into any correspondence about the results.
- The 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be chosen by the editorial staff of Smart Photography and the National results will be published in the June issue.
- INTERNATIONAL JUDGING: JUNE 2025 The winning entries from each of the 15 participating EISA countries will then be judged together at the Association’s General Meeting in June 2025. The final results of the International Maestro contest will be celebrated at the EISA Awards Gala in Sept 2025 and revealed, online, alongside the EISA product Awards on Aug 15th 2025
- The winning photographs will be published in the Sept/Oct issues of all 15 EISA photo magazines/websites. Circumstances permitting, winners will be invited to the EISA Awards ceremony in Sept 2025.
