Canon Renews APS-C Entry-level Telephoto Zoom Lens
Canon has announced a renewed telephoto zoom lens for APS-C format ‘EF-S 55-250mm F4-5.6 IS II’.
It is an improved successor to ‘EF-S 55-250mm F4-5.6 IS’ for entry-level models.
The new lens adopts an ultra low dispersion element to correct aberrations in zooming and optimizes lens arrangement and surface coating to markedly reduce flares and ghosts. It also provides mechanical image stabilization system to be equivalent to 4 steps in shutter speed

Panasonic announced a new interchangeable Micro Four Thirds lens, the Leica DG SUMMILUX 25mm/F1.4 ASPH. (H-X025), compatible with the company’s Lumix G Series of compact system cameras, including new Lumix GF3.
Fujifilm to Raise Photo Paper Price in August
Fujifilm announced it will revise the prices of photo papers from August, and will raise the rates gradually on a global basis.
The consumer use paper will be raised by US $0.20 per square meter and professional useby US $0.25 per sq.m.
